Mr. David Grant, President / Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Grant holds a CET designation in electronics and has 20 years experience in computer communications. With Internet experience dating back to 1988 he is truly one of the most experienced in that field. As an entrepreneur David understands the day-to-day operations of small, high growth, business. And hands-on involvement on various boards and committees ensure a good understanding of today’s corporate governance issues. David is currently Vice Chair of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce and a board member of the Greater Port Huron Chamber.

Mr. Don Wood, Vice Chair
Mr. Wood provides senior advisory services in business and technology management to owners of small and medium sized businesses. Don’s experience spans from Vice President of a $2 billion petrochemical corporation and senior operating officer of a $500 million chemical company to fostering three startups. He has had variety of directorships and advisory board positions. He has been involved in acquisition, management and integration of over 10 businesses one IPO. He led the large volume energy sales function for a large natural gas utility, and testified as an expert marketing witness at numerous regulatory hearings in the natural gas industry. He was involved with the development of the first major cogeneration project in Ontario and with the fuel selection of many major large industrial power plants in SW Ontario.
