iLogbook is used to record conditions at shift change or at any point in a production run. All desired operating conditions, such as material specifications, equipment set up parameters, run rates and any other pertinent data can be automatically collected and recorded. Your operator can use iLogbook with a few clicks to check operating conditions for the splice equipment from the last run and compare it to current conditions to find the source of the problem. It could be as simple as a misread temperature reading for this set up. The operator then has the ability to access knowledge quickly, make the adjustment and avoid costly defects and missed deliveries.
