iAssetTM
iAssetTM is used to track, sort, and manage your physical assets such as equipment, office furniture and property. iAsset™ captures the explicit statistics of assets as well as observations and experiences associated with their operation or use. Intellectual property and expertise, financial information, competitive information, client expectations, etc. can all be managed in the same way and linked to activities where appropriate. iAsset™ is used to track, sort and manage your "stuff". Once "your stuff" is represented in iWare with Knowledge Objects, those you choose can be linked to activities that they relate to. Instead of giving out your report to everyone, link it to activities, so people can access the most current version you have published. This strategy can be effectively applied to the management of assets such as equipment, office furniture, physical and intellectual property and more. Users can add images of assets so that individuals viewing them can gain a visual impression along with the description. iAsset™ includes an enhanced explorer that allows simultaneous display of multiple views side by side and allows users to cut, copy and paste assets between the views. iAsset™ has been designed to suit the needs of operations, maintenance, and other departments to effectively store, track, and manage information and knowledge surrounding their assets.  |
